The Department of Geography was established in 2004, initially offering a B.Sc. Geography program. In 2013, we broadened our academic horizons by introducing a postgraduate program, and today, both programs continue to flourish. Our department is staffed by a team of five highly skilled Assistant Professors specializing in Geography, alongside an Assistant Professor in Geology and another in Statistics, who provide valuable expertise in their respective fields. We also have a dedicated lab assistant who ensures the smooth operation of our practical sessions. Our students have consistently distinguished themselves, securing top ranks in university examinations, a testament to the department’s unwavering commitment to academic excellence.
