The Geography department was started in 2004 with a Degree course (B.Sc. Geography). The post-graduation Programme was started in 2013. Now these two Programmes are carried on. There are Five Assistant Professors with a Geography specialization one Geology and one Statistics Assistant Professors for the subsidiary subjects and one Lab assistant. Several University ranks were acquired by our bright students in the past year.

Creation of a society which has the ability to think with geographical knowledge, great imagination and inculcate a sense of responsibility in young generation.
