Emmanuel College, Vazhichal Thuruvananthapuram  established in 1995.   The department of Malayalam started its function right from the inception itself.  The Malayalam language is offered as the  additional language for BA/BSc/BCom Degree programme students.  The department of Malayalam enhance the students intellectually and enrich in their curricular and co- curricular activities. 

The depertment of Malayalam conduct various literary competitions and take active participatin in all the cultural programs of our College.  The department is blessed with committed and hard working faculty. The department monitor and encourage the over all development of the students especially we nourish their creativity and promote them to have better skills in their communication.
